Contact Fyzn

Everything sent from this page arrives as an email in the inbox the people who design and build our themes read themselves. No ticket queue, no bots, no sales sequence you didn’t ask for. A person reads it, and if we are not the right studio for what you are describing, we will say so.

Already running Darkroom? Start at the support page

If you have installed the theme and something is wrong with it, don’t use this form. Darkroom support asks for your store URL and theme version up front, which is most of what an answer needs, and it is the route that carries our 2 business day commitment for theme support. Sending the same question here only adds a step.

  • Support request — bugs, settings, anything about a store already running the theme.
  • Documentation and FAQ — most questions have a written answer that takes minutes rather than days.

What to put in your first message

Everything below removes a round trip. You do not need all of it, but a message with the first two is usually answered properly the first time, and a message with none of them costs you a day while we ask.

  • What you sell, and where the store is now — a URL if there is one, live or in development. Looking at the actual catalogue beats guessing at it.
  • What you want to happen — install a theme yourself, have a storefront built, or find out whether one of ours fits before you buy.
  • Your timing — a launch date, a campaign, or nothing fixed. It changes the answer, and “no deadline” is a perfectly good answer.
  • Constraints worth saying early — an existing brand or design system, apps you cannot drop, a budget range you are working inside.
  • Links rather than attachments — the form takes text only, so put screenshots, decks and Figma files somewhere shareable and paste the link.

Who this page is for

You are choosing a theme

Read the collection first — it sets out what a beauty storefront actually needs from a theme, including the cases where a free Shopify theme is the better spend. Darkroom is the one we ship today, and its page answers most pre-purchase questions. Write to us when yours is about your catalogue specifically: an ingredient structure, a shade system, a subscription flow you are unsure the theme will hold.

You want a storefront built

When the store needs to do something no theme does, that is a custom build and a different conversation. What we build for beauty brands describes the work and what it costs, which is usually the question underneath the first email. The useful first message is a description of the shop you want rather than a specification of the code: what you sell, what the current setup cannot do, and what would have to be true for the project to have been worth it.

You need the store to be accessible

Accessibility is its own service rather than a line item in a build, so it has its own page: Fyzn Access sets out what we measure against WCAG 2.2 AA, what we fix in the theme code, and what the evidence pack contains. Read it before writing — the first step is a free automated scan of five routes, which costs you nothing and answers more than a first email would. Write to us here instead if your question is about a deadline, a procurement requirement or a complaint you have already received.

Press, partnerships and everything else

Same inbox. If you are writing to a deadline, put it in the first line so it is not buried under the pitch — we would rather tell you quickly that we cannot make it than answer after it has passed.

Send a message

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. What you send is emailed to us and used to answer you and nothing else; our privacy notice covers how we handle correspondence. Please don’t send passwords or admin access in a first message — if we ever need them, we will tell you the safe way to grant them.

We reply here. Use an address you check.
Optional, and useful — it lets us look at what you sell before we answer.
Closest match is fine — it just routes your message.
What you're building, where it is now, and what you want to happen. Paste links rather than attaching files — this form takes text only.
